Everyday life can feel challenging, and even the word “therapy” can sound overwhelming. That’s why I believe children and teens need a space where they can “just come and have a conversation.”

I provide a safe, welcoming environment for those conversations — and for my younger clients, I also offer Play Therapy. Play is a child’s natural language, and through it they’re able to process their feelings in ways that words sometimes can’t. My playroom is filled with building items, Calico Critters, crafts, and so much more, giving each child the freedom to explore, create, and express themselves.

Whether it’s through conversation or play, every child, adolescent, or teen who walks through my door has full control over how they’d like to spend their time with me.
